SERVICES
Collection System Operation. We provide contracted state certified operator of record and services required to oversee the technical operation of wastewater collection system. Our services include the minimum staffing hours required, emergency operations, routine and preventative maintenance, ensuring operators comply with the responsibilities of a professional operator, correspondence and recordkeeping, and services necessary to maintain the reliable operation of the system.
Instruction/Training. We provide a curriculum that will prepare employees/students the knowledge and skills needed to become state certified wastewater operators. Methods of instruction range from classroom or web-based training to hands-on activities. Our training is geared toward helping employee/students explore and prepare or enhance skills and knowledge needed in the wastewater Industry.
Contact Hour Courses. We also provide contact hour courses needed to maintain state license for current state certified license holders.

LYLE PLUMMER JR
President
Lyle Plummer is a Ohio Certified Wastewater Collections Operator and possesses 13 years of experience in Wastewater Maintenance and Operations and 10 years in Construction Management. Related work experience includes sewer components maintenance, inspections, and repair, CCTV operations, tunneling construction inspection, stormwater maintenance and inspection and contract specifications. Mr. Plummer also has 20 years of teaching and training experience.
